Core Values

Be Intense

We believe in an intense atmosphere. The #1 reason we have grown so quickly in the last decade is that, at our core, we are hyper-focused and problem solvers. It’s a commonality in the people we hire, and the biggest thing we look for when we hire, recruit and promote people. Passion. Desire. Will to Win. Drive.

Have Fun

We celebrate success and we believe in incentivizing our employees. On the 7th year of a W2 employee’s employment, PMP pays for a one month sabbatical and one round trip plane flight anywhere in the world. We host incentive trips for our sales reps to exotic locations. We believe we should work hard, play hard, and celebrate the victories along the way.

Do More With Less

We are always on the lookout for how to make things more efficient and improve our operations at Precision Medical Products. There is always room for improvement and we feel a sense of urgency when making those improvements. We strive to exceed our high standards for getting more done with the same or even fewer resources than before.

Have Integrity

Integrity means following your moral or ethical convictions and doing the right thing in all circumstances, even if no one is watching you. Having integrity means you are true to yourself and would do nothing that demeans or dishonors you. We at Precision stand by this in all our business and social practices.

Be Kind

Treat others the way you like to be treated. We are all human, make mistakes, and everyone deserves respect. Having integrity and honesty in the medical field, is the lifeline of our business. Our team goes out of their way to make sure our patients have an incredible rehabilitation experience.

Wow Through Service

Our team goes out of their way to make sure our patients have an incredible rehab experience. Our fitters go the extra mile by doing home deliveries and providing elaborate information and education on products.

Be Innovative

We believe in innovation for products and people. We are constantly updating and adding to our portfolio for the most current FDA approved products. We are always networking and attending trade shows to stay on top of the most recent advances in the industry. We strive to learn from each other.

Give Back

As a company, we have a social responsibility to give back to the community. We encourage our employees to give back to the community, each other and provide opportunities to those that are in need. Precision and its employees have chosen to give back in various ways of the years with community outreach, community education, orphanage donations, blood drives and so much more.
