Sales representatives establish relationships to achieve sales volume and reimbursable revenue goals assigned through
strategic and tactical sales activities. Our Sales Representatives are also tasked with expanding the sales
of PMP products and converting competitive brands, while providing first-in-class service within
accounts. Key responsibilities are:
● Achieve Sales quotas
● Establish business networks and field contracts
● Develop and maintain personal goals
● Provide presentations and seminars to inquiring medical offices/personnel
● Gather appropriate paperwork from accounts with necessary notes/signatures
● Cold call on competitive accounts
● Willingness to travel throughout assigned territory
● Excellent communication skills
● Wow their clients with service
● Maintain a positive and forward-thinking attitude
Requirements
● A proven track record of success in an outside sales position (ideally orthopedics or medical) ● Self-motivated individual ● Naturally competitive who likes to win and be #1 ● Someone who sees obstacles as a challenge they can overcome ● A natural problem solver ● Someone who enjoys hunting down new leads and cold calling ● An ability to create relationships with other industry reps and form partnerships
