If you feel the device isn’t inflating properly, first check that the device is properly secured to your leg. Proper usage should have the entire garment of the device fitting snugly around your leg. To ensure proper fit, follow the instructions in the quick start guide and/or the instructions for use.
Upon confirming proper fit, if you feel that the device is still inflating improperly, remove the device from your leg, connect it to the power supply cord included within your package and allow the device to charge for a minimum of 3 hours. Prior to charging, please inspect the charging cord for defects, according to the steps listed in “What should I do if my device does not appear to be charging when connected to the power supply and/or will not hold a charge after it has charged?“.
